We do our best to meet all guests personally on arrival so that we can introduce ourselves and show you around the property and answer any questions.
Occasionally a personal welcome by us is simply not possible, so in that case we work with trusted hosts who will ensure that your stay at Villa Tramontalba runs as smoothly as possible.
The host will meet you on check-in and at check-out and is your prime point of contact during your stay.
The host will do their best to make all guests feel welcome and is there to answer any questions and to address any issues which may arise during your stay.
