Our Villa has spacious living areas, including a large open-plan living room, a dining area, and a fully-equipped kitchen. This open layout is perfect for social gatherings and relaxation. Additionally, each of the five bedrooms provide a peaceful hideaway, and are completed with modern amenities and great views. The master bedroom even features a private rooftop terrace, offering panoramic views of Tuscan hills and the distant sea.

The Villa’s grounds include a spacious area where you can park freely behind the automated gate. To the left of the entrance you will find the panoramic view which leads you to the side entrance of the Villa. Here you will also find our sun terrace with hanging chair, a lounge set, dining table and chairs, sun loungers, hammocks and, of course, the infinity pool. The pool is nearing completion and we will update the website with photos in the coming weeks. Rest assured it will be completed before the season starts. You can follow progress of the build on our Instagram.
Via the stairs you will find 5 bedrooms on the first floor, each with an ensuite bathroom. The maximum capacity of the Villa is 10. Each bedroom is equipped with bed linen, soap, air conditioning & a hairdryer. Towels will also be provided. Saves space in the suitcase 🙂
On the ground floor you will find the kitchen, dining room and living room. The kitchen is equipped with a large refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, plates, pans and cutlery. The dining room includes a dining table with chairs and a wood stove. Also, you can use our real stone oven to prepare pizzas. The living room has two comfortable sofas, two lounge chairs and a large smart TV.
The Villa is situated within 2.2 hectares of garden and parkland with 185 olive trees and plenty of fruit trees, including plum, cherry, fig, apple, pear, apricot, walnut. Beyond the well-kept gardens, the house enjoys wonderful panoramic views of the sea and Tuscan hills. Enjoy a glass of wine or an Italian dinner, whilst taking in the spectacular Tuscan landscape. Stroll around our huge garden and find your perfect spot for a picnic or wine tasting.
